These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Kian Hong Press. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Kian Hong Press. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges depending on the stage of production.

  • Quotation Validity: All quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once a signed approval is received or the required payment has been made.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed upon order acceptance.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as stated in the invoice.
  • Taxes and Additional Charges: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees, which will be added to your invoice.

4. Production and Delivery

We strive to meet all agreed production and delivery timelines. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or supply chain disruptions, are not the responsibility of Kian Hong Press.

  • Production Time: Standard production time varies depending on the type and complexity of the project. Specific turnaround times will be communicated during the order process.
  • Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees. Kian Hong Press is not liable for any damages resulting from delayed deliveries.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. We offer shipping options, which will be communicated along with the order details.

5. Artwork and Proofing

Clients are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We offer proofing services to ensure accuracy before production.

  • Artwork Specifications: All submitted files must adhere to our file format, resolution, and color mode requirements.
  • Proofing Process: We provide digital proofs for client approval before production. Any changes to the artwork after proof approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is in production, cancellations and modifications may not be possible or may incur additional charges depending on the stage of production.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled before production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • Modification Policy: Modifications to the order after production has started will result in a revised quote and additional charges.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective items or errors caused by Kian Hong Press. We do not accept returns for customer errors, such as incorrect artwork or specifications.

  • Return Requests: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kian Hong Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to, loss of business, revenue, or profits. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kian Hong Press reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
